Who We Are
Lynn Stephens is the Founder and CEO of SoundPath Consulting, a professional education and consulting firm dedicated to advancing excellence in hearing healthcare through live instruction, continuing education programming, and strategic training initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry, Lynn has served in clinical, leadership, and training roles, including Regional Management and Director-level training responsibilities. He has led professional development initiatives supporting hearing care professionals in product knowledge, diagnostic protocols, patient experience, and business performance. Lynn is a multi-state licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and is National Board Certified. He has delivered CEU-approved education across multiple states, with programs approved by the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), the International Hearing Society (IHS), and individual state licensing boards and professional associations. In addition to his industry experience, Lynn brings 14 years of secondary education teaching experience, providing a strong foundation in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodology. Through SoundPath Consulting, he focuses on delivering structured, engaging, and results-driven education that supports both clinical excellence and business growth. Lynn earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina
